About the Hospital: This 25-bed Critical Access Hospital is proud to offer an array of medical services, including 24-hour Emergency Care, Full-Service Laboratory Services, Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Services, Inpatient Medical Surgical Services, and Rehabilitation Therapy.

Reporting Structure: The Hospital Pharmacist will report to the Director of Pharmacy.

Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

• Perform comprehensive medication reviews and assessments to ensure appropriate and safe medication therapy for patients.
• Provide clear and concise medication counseling to patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, medication-related outcomes, and overall healthcare delivery.
