The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD - Pharmacy Doctorate. Or,
• Bachelor's Degree - Pharmacy.
• California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license when eligible and where applicable.
• Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) when eligible and where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
