As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide clinical pharmaceutical care to patients, serving as an expert resource to service areas and the Pharmacy department. The ideal Clinical Pharmacist would meet the following requirements: 

• Prior acute care experience is required
• A Pharm.D. degree or residency from an accredited institution is required
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
• 2 years of clinical experience
