The Conrad Company, a fast growing, award-winning family-owned business located in York, PA is looking for a full-time CNC Programmer to join our growing team at our Capitol Tool facility.

What do we do: We help people in manufacturing and construction with precision machined parts

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC machine
• Completes all job-specific paperwork in a timely manner.
• Audits materials lists for accuracy and proper material staging.
• Operates CNC production equipment with a focus on safe operation.
• Loads/unloads product to/from production workspaces.
• Inspects product between operations, completing any associated forms/checklists.
• Deburrs and prepares product for next operation or workstation
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation

Requirements

• 3 or more years of CNC programming /manufacturing environment
• HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Personal pride in one's own work
