    The Operating Room Nurse Supervisor will oversee an amazing team of tenured, hardworking Registered Nurses. The Perioperative Services Nurse Supervisor will report to the Nursing Manager of Perioperative Services and will lead a terrific team. Supported directly by multiple CNOR Surgery Charge Nurses, the Nurse Supervisor will play a vital role in leading clinical operations for this department.

    The Operating Room Nurse Supervisor will help lead a busy inpatient surgical department which offers procedures to treat a wide variety of cases including orthopedics, cardiovascular and general surgery. This team of front-line caregivers, made up of tenured Operating Room Nurses, Surgical Techs, and Board Certified Surgeons, play a vital role in ensuring this unit runs smoothly. The Operating Room Nurse Supervisor will work to ensure that their team is up to date on their clinical competencies and will actively engage in clinical quality improvement tasks. This Nurse Leader will be responsible for the smooth operation of multiple surgical suites and make sure that their team is running efficiently.
