This hospital is looking for an RN Clinical Coordinator that has experience overseeing and coordinating clinical activities within healthcare facilities to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. This position also includes providing leadership over staff members in the nursing department while also conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to them. This is a fast paced environment with frequent interactions with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. 

It is required to have an active nursing license in the state of Kansas, at least a BSN, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Being a night shift position, the RN Clinical Coordinator must be able to work nights at this healthcare facility and may be required to work holidays and weekend shifts on top of that to ensure 24/7 care.
