The NICU Assistant Nurse Director will be based out of this trauma center known as a leader in patient care research. This acute care facility also features a nationally recognized Pediatric Surgery department performing multiple specialties including Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Thoracic, Spinal cases.

The Neonatal ICU RN Assistant Director will thrive in this Level IV NICU with 40 beds. This active unit is attached to a Mother Baby Center and supports a Fetal Surgery Program. The NICU Assistant Nurse Director will lead a dedicated, experienced team that has achieved high clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction metrics. The ideal candidate has extensive NICU leadership experience in Level III or IV NICUs. This comprehensive role leads the management of clinical and administrative operations as well as evaluating staff performance.
