In this role, you will be:

• Assessing patient needs

• Serve as a group leader for specified units within the facility

• Collaborate with healthcare team members including the DON, Nurse Practitioners, Resident Physician, Nurses and aides to execute a plan of care

• Administer direct patient care

• Lead and instill a positive team culture

What you need to succeed:

• One or more years of experience in a skilled nursing facility, preferably in a supervisory role

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage people and outcomes

• Dedication to a high level of quality and service

• Demonstrate positive teamwork and professionalism
