The successful Director of Surgical Services must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience, with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. A valid and current Registered Nursing License is required, along with a minimum of two years of leadership experience in perioperative services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

The Nurse Director of Perioperative Services will play a pivotal role in providing intraoperative care to surgical and procedural sedation patients. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing a strategic framework for planning, directing, coordinating, and improving healthcare services that cater to patient needs and enhance health outcomes.
