The Director of Nursing – SNF, will be leading a 21-bed unit specialized for long term care and is the only Skilled Nursing Facility in its surrounding area. This departments consists of an attentive, around the clock staff there to deliver the highest, personalized patient care. The Director of Nursing will manage 30 FTEs including CNAs, Registered Nurses, and other healthcare professionals. This Director of Nursing Services will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will be supported by unit coordinators and Charge Nurses.
An experienced Nursing Leader that has experience managing Skilled Nursing Facilities or in the Long-Term Care Environment with a California License, BSN, and can-do attitude will make for quick interviews! This Director of Skilled Nursing will be responsible for operations of the department including developing policies, ensuring compliance, coordination of patient care, and upholding the highest quality of nursing standards.
