A successful physician practice in Oregon is hiring a Director of Revenue Cycle.

The Director of Revenue Cycle will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will have two direct reports that lead a team of 20 employees. The Supervisor of Coding and the Business Office Supervisor will support the Director of Revenue Cycle by ensuring daily tasks are completed and that long-term goals are worked towards.

The Director of Revenue Cycle will be part of the senior level management and will be involved in senior level decision making and meetings. This busy medical practice provides orthopedic and sports medicine in their ambulatory surgery center and clinic. The Revenue Cycle Director will oversee the entire revenue cycle operations for both businesses.

Utilizing NextGen EMR, the Revenue Cycle Director will ensure accurate claims preparation, claims submission, claims management, reporting, charge capture, utilization review, and patient collections. This position for this physician owned practice is open to the previous Revenue Cycle Director leaving after a strong four years in the position. The Revenue Cycle Department is in a great position and the new Revenue Cycle Director will have a smooth transition into this role.
