Helps with the development and implementation of clinical processes, procedures, and programs. Additionally, Clinical Research Manager may require a master's degree in nursing. May require ACRP or SOCRA Clinical Research Professional exam completion. Typically reports to a director. The Clinical Research Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. We are seeking an experienced clinical researcher with a strong background in identifying and integrating interventions designed to modify health-related behaviors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting clinical research studies, with a focus on conducting oral health clinical trials. They will be responsible for initiating the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical studies, ensuring that all research activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. They will work with internal and external partners to develop and evaluate oral health products and devices to support strategic business initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $144,000.00 - $163,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
