```Duties```
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction
- Coordinate with external vendors for services such as IT support or maintenance
- Provide fiscal management by monitoring budgetary expenses and revenue generation
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic for efficient documentation and data management

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in medical office or healthcare management role
- Strong knowledge of medical management principles and practices
- Familiarity with managed care systems and utilization management processes
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic
- Excellent understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate with staff, patients, and external stakeholders
