We need a dedicated leader to guide and assist our professional team of Therapy services, Nurses, Home Care Aides and Homemakers. This position is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and works closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is provided in the home setting of our patients, in Johnson county.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the clinical operations of the Home Health department
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care provided
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring of clinical staff
- Provide ongoing training and education to staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and procedures
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify areas for improvement
