Working alongside the tenured and experienced Chief Nursing Officer the Critical Care Director will be a key member of the healthcare team playing a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring quality patient care and fostering a collaborative work environment for the team. This is a fast paced unit dedicated to the utmost quality patient care.

Within the Intensive Care Unit and Pre/Post Cath Lab the Critical Care Director will manage daily activities, develop and implement research based training for staff, provide leadership and guidance to the talented team of RN’s and ensure adherence to Hospital protocols and standards. Monitoring and evaluating unit performance and implementing new policies to improve patient care will also be a part of the Director’s responsibilities.

An active Montana RN license and strong hospital leadership experience will surely make for a quick interview!
