CLINICAL DIRECTOR (RN)

Oak Ridge, TN

NCP is looking for a Clinical Director for our Oak Ridge, TN  Branch. The ideal candidate will have home health management experience and will excel in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the overall development, management and administration of home care services, community/client education, as well as provide well-rounded supervision and leadership for the supporting staff. 

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations as well as DOL requirements and regulations
• Work with marketing team to grow census
• Interview, hire, train and develop staff and future leaders

Qualifications

• 3 years of Home Health management or Hospice experience preferred
• Current TN nursing license
• At least 5 years practical business experience, two of which were in a management capacity
• Proven leadership capabilities is required
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines pertaining to Home Health
• Current driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Must be able to travel as needed
