South Central Behavioral Services (SCBS) is seeking a full time Director for the rehabilitation programs in Hastings. This is a full-time position with benefits and a sign on bonus.

Job Responsibilities: This is a leadership position and has a dual function as a Program Director and Clinical Director

Program Director

· Oversight of rehabilitation programs that include residential, day program and case management

· Understanding of state regulations, service definitions and CARF standards for program operation and personnel management.

· Participates in the Leadership Group for the agency to include: development of a strategic plan, monitoring of budget, adherence to the agency vision and mission.

Clinical Director

· Implementation of state regulation requirements for referral, admission, discharge and ongoing supervision

· Provides on-going supervision and case review to direct care staff.

· Works in cooperation with other agency programs for transition of care and appropriateness of treatment.

Qualifications:

· License as Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and Preferred Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LDAC) and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP)

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a setting serving adults with serious mental illness

· Preferred experience in management of personnel

· Training in supervision of staff for clinical review.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
