The Inpatient Pharmacy Services Director will work at a 454-bed acute care hospital that values its commitment to excellence in quality and safety and provides patients and the community with quality and safe care. This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has been recognized for its outstanding performance in patient safety.

As the Director of Pharmacy, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy operations, ensuring the pharmacy department provides exceptional patient care and meets all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures
• Managing the pharmacy staff and maintaining a positive work environment
• Overseeing medication procurement, distribution, and inventory management
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

The Inpatient Pharmacy Services Director is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• License or ability to obtain license upon hire
• Experience working in an acute care setting
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
