The Critical Care Nurse Director with this notable medical center will be joining a 60 patient bed, rural hospital that offers a host of healthcare amenities including a full spectrum of Surgical Services, a Family Birthing Center, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiopulmonary Services, 24/7 Emergency Services, and an advanced Intensive Care Unit.
The Critical Care Nurse Director will oversee a state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit consisting of Registered Nurses, many of which have their CCRN Certification, Support Staff, Clinical Supervisors, Charge RNs, and other skilled healthcare professionals. The Critical Care Nurse Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will be responsible for building and developing a new team, day-to-day clinical operations, resource management, budgetary oversight, collaboration with other department leaders, and participating in direct care as needed to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered. Prior leadership experience in the Critical Care Services with an emphasis on education will make for quick interviews!
