Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Surgical Services RN Director represents a vast Perioperative Services department. This Director will have multiple Perioperative Services Managers and Supervisors. The Department will be led on a daily basis by CNOR Charge Nurses and will comprise great Registered Nurses and Techs. 

The Perioperative Services Department is made up of the Pre-Operative, Operating Room, and Post Anesthesia Care Unit. This busy department will have over 25 FTEs and see around 2500 cases annually. The Nurses will work alongside amazing medical professionals to guarantee excellent and efficient care. 

Surgical Services RN Director ensures that administrative and clinical responsibilities are overseen. This Leader will manage budgeting for the department and spearhead more streamlined efforts to complete cases efficiently and successfully. The RN Director certifies that there is appropriate staffing and encourages professional development of the team.
