We are a rapidly growing 1:1 Pediatric Home Health Company dedicated to providing quality in-home healthcare services to Pediatric and Young Adults by compassionate and trained staff. 

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As the RN Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while overseeing the clinical operations and providing leadership to a growing team of nurses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Conduct regular patient assessments and develop an individualized plan of care in collaboration with MD's, Therapist, Nurses and Families. 

Monitor patient progress and outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal health and well-being.

Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.

Conduct regular clinical audits and quality assurance activities to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Serve as a resource for nursing staff, patients, and families, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.

Participate in the recruitment, orientation, and evaluation of nursing staff.

Report directly to the Director of Clinical Service, playing a pivotal role in the efficient and effective operation of our agency.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Indiana or Compact License.

Preferred clinical experience in pediatric home health or a related setting.

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in contributing to the success of an emerging home health enterprise.
