Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Clinical Supervisor - Home Care typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an RN Home Care Clinical Manager for our Burlington campus. This position is Full-Time Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Job Summary:
Has shared authority and responsibility for administration of nursing for Home Care patients in conjunction with the Director of Patient Care. Plans, organizes, and leads a cost-efficient standard of nursing care. Ensures professional standards and compliance requirements are met with local, state, and federal licensing and credentialing agencies.
Shares responsibility for serving as a clinical resource to the clinical staff. Conducts documentation and quality monitoring audits. Is accountable for nursing caseloads, assigning, and rebalancing, when necessary. A significant responsibility includes the orientation process for new staff, while maintaining a case load of 5 patients. Will facilitate and/or support weekly IDG meetings.
