A regional leading healthcare system located in south Florida is currently searching for multiple experienced Urgent Care Center Nurse Coordinator to join their award-winning organization.

This established not-for-profit healthcare organization combines expert doctors and clinical professionals throughout a number of prized acute care hospitals, urgent care centers and outpatient locations. The Urgent Care Center Nurse Coordinator will join one of the region’s largest healthcare organizations that has proudly been named one of 2020-2021 Best Hospital by US News and World Report and also 2020’s top 50 Companies that Care by PEOPLE Magazine.

The Nurse Coordinator will lead the daily operations and patient flow of the Urgent Care Center. This includes managing all staffing needs, maintain center supplies and inventory, lead quality assurance and performance improvement projects, oversee fiscal budget of the center, and ensure employee and center excellence. The Nurse Coordinator will serve as the main administrative leader for the Urgent Care Charge Nurses, Nursing Staff, and all other Center staff. This is a full-time position with hours from 9:00am-5:30pm.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN licensurein state of Florida
• Current BLScertification
• Minimum 2-years of prior nursing experience
