This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout the following counties: Alamance, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Orange, Wake.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Raleigh, NC and other surrounding areas.
• Supervise a team of field nurses.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• 1 years of Oasis experience required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Home Health experience required.
• Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
