    Requirements and Qualities of a Caregiver:

     

    • Must be 18 years or older High School diploma

    • Valid driver’s license and liability auto insurance coverage 

    • Have a friendly, caring, and professional attitude

     

    Core Job Duties:

     

    We offer paid training to all Caregivers, which covers the following responsibilities: 

     

    • Build rapport with clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionship 

    • Ensure the client's home is organized and that safety measures are in place

    • Provide emotional support and encouragement 

    • Assist with mobility needs

    • Provide client with transportation

    • Assist with non-medical hygiene and personal care needs 

    • Assist clients with their prescribed healthcare plan

    • Monitor and report changes in physical and mental behavior 

    • Position may include caring for clients with dementia
