Cloud Systems Analyst is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Analyst develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Analyst monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work with Oracle's world class healthcare Cerner EMR technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
Provide support to users of Oracle- Cerner Millennium EMR, Diagnostic Imaging PACS, and other applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications by ensuring the ongoing stability and performance of infrastructure and integrated technologies as well as hardware maintenance and support. Respond to requests for support by users. Build, troubleshoot, test and coordinate testing of new releases, log bugs against applications and follow up with IT teams and Development. Monitor future applications releases and ensure upgrades are performed in accordance with application and domain strategy. Deploy Diagnostic Imaging workstations according to defined standards. Partner with Diagnostic Imaging Services Solution Architects to engage directly with and support use of Diagnostic Imaging technology by client end-users.
