Cloud Systems Analyst is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Analyst develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Analyst monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Cloud Systems Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Responsibilities:
    Client Self-Book Solution Manager:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using our self-book solution for 3G services.
    • Provide training and support to clients on how to utilize the self-book solution effectively.
    • Gather feedback from clients and work closely with internal teams to enhance the functionality and user experience of the self-book solution.
    3G Rate & Data Administration:
    • Manage 3G rate and data administration processes, including rate updates, data entry, and maintenance of pricing information.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of rate and data records in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to 3G rates and data.
    Produce Reporting and Metrics:
    • Generate reports and metrics related to 3G solution usage, performance, and client satisfaction.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Present findings to management and make recommendations for enhancing 3G solution offerings and support services.
    Client Compliance:
    • Ensure clients are in compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements related to 3G solutions.
    • Monitor client activities and conduct regular audits to verify compliance with established standards and policies.
    • Work closely with clients to address any compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
    3G SuperUser/ Business Support:
    • Serve as a superuser for 3G solutions, providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
    • Provide ongoing business support to clients, including guidance on best practices, system optimizations, and process improvements.
    Requirements:
    • 2 years of experience in client support or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of 3G technologies and solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
