Cloud Systems Analyst is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Analyst develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Analyst monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Job Title: Systems Analyst/System Analyst
Location: Macon, GA 31204 (100% Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 4 Months Contract (with a possible extension)
Job Description:
Imaging, deployment & technical support of laptops, desktops & peripherals to in-house & remote customers.
Configure & support desktop applications & ensure configurations comply with IT policies. Date backup, restore, hardware surplus.
Provide onsite desktop support for customers located within assigned locations.
Troubleshoot end user workstation and peripheral problems and effectively diagnose and resolve issues remotely and in person.
Ensure that end user applications and equipment continue to work as expected and follow all applicable policies, procedures, and rules.
Install & support network devices providing business critical service.
Perform end user data back-up and recovery ensuring attention to detail.
Process surplus equipment according to established procedures, proper sanitization of electronic equipment up to and including disk wiping to DoD standards.
Open/document/track problem tickets escalating to appropriate workgroups when required.
Required Skills:
Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology or a closely related area from an accredited college.
Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues in both LAN and WAN environments.
Experience imaging and deploying laptops.
Experience providing desktop/laptop computer hardware support.
Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook email client.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2013 or higher.
Experience supporting remote workers and troubleshooting VPN and remote technology issues.
Experience with Bit-locker encryption, antivirus, and malware/spyware removal software.
A Certification or Network Certification (MUST UPLOAD CERTIFICATION).
Experience with local and network printer troubleshooting and repair.
Technical support experience in a Windows 10 PC environment.
Experience supporting Cisco VoIP phones and Jabber client.
Setup and install computers for New Hire On-Boarding’s and Off-Boarding’s.
Experience in an Active Directory Domain environment.
