Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Analyst develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Analyst monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Business Process Analyst 2
The ideal candidate will have business analysis expertise in gathering and analyzing information from stakeholders, business owners, customers, and management for implementation of information technology solutions. They will document business requirements and create user stories. They will analyze, review, and recommend possible solutions to identified business problems thru the implementation of technical solutions.
Responsibilities include:
· Collaborate with the business, developers, application and data architects, system testers to translate requirements into user stories/PBI’s to provide a clear, detailed, and complete understanding of the requirements.
· Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows
· Identify and mitigate potential risks within existing and future state processes
· Support system testers and UAT processes by reviewing test plans, requirements, assessing business impacts of systems development to ensure business objectives are met
· Assist system testers to identify test scenarios for automation
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 plus years business analysis experience in a structured software development environment
· Minimum of 2 years Agile software development experience
· Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to understand and document technical/functional IT requirements
· Ability to understand and test technical/functional IT requirements
· Experience with integration of applications to outside internal or external applications
· Knowledge of using Azure DevOps tool to create Features and Product Backlog Items
· Knowledge of using SQL (Oracle 19c)
· Bachelor's Degree
