Cloud Systems Analyst is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Analyst develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Analyst monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Cloud Systems Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Position Summary:
Assists in design, development and implementation of new or enhanced solutions for Revenue Cycle processes in support of software system implementations, upgrades and optimization projects. Delivers resolutions for business process changes for information systems projects. Identifies opportunities for business process improvement and initiates improvement projects with or without deploying information technology.
Position Key Accountabilities:
Certification/Skills:
Experience with PMI, Six Sigma or IIBA standards preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Detail oriented
Highly collaborative
Intermediate experience managing revenue cycle or IT projects
Experience with Epic or other EHR strongly preferred
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Healthcare Administration preferred
Minimum Experience:
Four (4) years of experience designing, building, training or implementing business solutions or leading teams or projects to optimize revenue cycle performance using information technology.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
