Job Description

• Develop, maintain, improve, and enforce development standards, especially within an agile methodology.
• Collaborate with management and business operations to comprehend and document decision support needs.
• Develop, analyze, and interpret the data from the risk systems, making comparable analyses, and recommending options and courses of action.
• Evaluate projects, develop and update schedules and supervise project status.
• Ensure end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration or Computer Science or Information Technology/Systems or Management or similar.
• Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
• Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
