Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, translating these into technical requirements to ensure IT systems are effectively integrated with business processes.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of IT systems, focusing on optimizing workflow design and the effective use of specific systems such as Nutware, Famous, and Paycom.
• Provide end-user support, addressing system-related queries and facilitating solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to analytics and reporting initiatives by assisting in the development of reports and dashboards using tools like SSRS and PowerBI, aimed at providing actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve documentation for system configurations, user guides, and best practices for system use.
• Participate in IT project management, ensuring that projects align with business goals and are delivered successfully.
• Identify and support automation opportunities within business processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong foundational knowledge in SQL (specifically MS SQL), basic programming for automation, and familiarity with key systems such as Nutware, Famous, and Paycom.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of providing support and training to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• A proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement, with a keen interest in adopting new technologies and methodologies to drive business efficiency.
• Basic project management skills, with an understanding of Agile methodologies preferred.
• Experience with or interest in learning and working with reporting and analytics tools, such as SSRS and PowerBI, to enhance decision-making and operational insights.
• A clear understanding of business processes in the pistachio industry, with the ability to integrate IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Education and Experience:

· A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Significant practical experience, relevant certifications, or a demonstrated capacity to grow into the role will be considered in lieu of formal education.

· This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or individual with foundational knowledge in systems analysis.
