Cloud Systems Architect is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Architect develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Architect monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Cloud Systems Architect works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. - 10 years of hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically:. NET/ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core, Web API, C#, SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with web technologies including JSON/XML, RESTful and SOAP-based web services, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery
- Strong in Angular.
- Good knowledge on Azure cloud platform (Event hub, Azure functions, Logic Apps, AppInsights, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microservice architecture and patterns.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps process using Azure services
- Experience with test-driven development and proper unit testing of code
- Proficient in design patterns and best practices.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design.
- Ability to solve problems in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures, and various compatibility requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes, and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
- Healthcare domain knowledge is preferable.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $105,804.77 - $150,000.00 per year
