Cloud Systems Architect is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Architect develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Architect monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Cloud Systems Architect works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. What you’ll do:
- You will work closely with the Engineering / Design Team to gather the technical requirements and implement the rules by writing custom logic using VB.net in RS Architect.
- You will work with the UI team to address any failures in production.
- You will work with Functional Lead and provide technical support during design and development.
- You will provide system support to troubleshoot affection Assembly/ drawings generated in Rule stream.
- You will work well with limited supervision & ensure the new product development project schedule is on track.
- You will identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in systems and make recommendations for improvements.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 8 years as a Solution Architect or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using various programming languages and technologies.
- Must be able to multitask as multiple testing efforts run in parallel.
