Follows required procedures to perform pre-flight checks and inspections. Being a Co-Pilot (Large Jet) determines flight routes, speed, take-off, and landing times that will fulfill scheduling requirements. Completes required documentation and performs post-flight procedures as required. Additionally, Co-Pilot (Large Jet) may require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to chief pilot. The Co-Pilot (Large Jet) work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. POSITION SCOPE
The A&P Jet Aircraft Mechanic provides support for customer jet aircraft, including locally based corporate aircraft, transient aircraft, and PSM commercial service aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a background in performing maintenance on various models of corporate aircraft (Bombardier, Falcon, Hawker, Gulfstream, Citation, Embraer, etc.) with knowledge of aircraft systems and a demonstrated proficiency working with FAA regulations and Repair Station Manual compliance.
