Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Operator jobs in Boston, MA

We are looking for a skilled painter who would like to lead the onsite operations for a small, growing company focused on high-end residential work.

Skills must include excellent quality painting work, experience running jobs, and ability to talk with clients. Technical skills and experience must include patching and minor repairs, interior walls and trim, cabinets, interior spraying, exterior prep and painting and staining, and exterior spraying. Must have experience working on crews for a painting company.

Resume, references and photographs of work are required.

Responsibilities include site assessments, coordinating jobs, managing onsite personnel, and painting work itself.

Full-time W2 position. Paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance and dental Insurance included.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
