Alliance Bank Central Texas has a current opening for a BSA/Compliance Specialist.

Details:

BSA/Compliance Specialist is a support role to the BSA Officer.

Job Duties

• Review and analyze electronic alerts generated by the Bank's electronic monitoring software
• Review and analyze internal AML reports and make recommendations on the need for further investigation
• Conduct due diligence reviews on customers through analysis of customer activity for risk disposition
• Make recommendations for customer accounts/relationships based on investigation or CDD/EDD
• Work with the BSA/AML management team to ensure review of risks to the bank

• Prepare and file Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs)

• Support management in the day-to-day AML/KYC compliance requirements
• Monitors transactions to ensure proper documentation according to policies and procedures

• Conduct compliance audits and monitoring activities
• Aid in creating or updating compliance policies and procedures as necessary

• Performs additional duties as assigned

Banking experience is preferred. Pay Starting at $40,000 depending on experience.
