Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Winding Operator to join our team. As a Winding Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machinery, winding, cutting, sizing, and taping coils in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Strong attention to detail for quality inspection purposes

• Attention to detail
• Able to read & follow work instructions
• Must have good hand-eye coordination
• Winding experience
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
