Duties and responsibilities

• Ordering required files from Clients and Custodians
• Mailing out files to Clients and Custodians
• Maintaining accurate records on when the files were received and where they were shipped
• Mailing out required letters

Education

• High school education or equivalent required.

Experience/Training

• A minimum of 6-12 months clerical/office experience preferred.

Professional Certification/License

• None

Skills and Abilities

• Microsoft Office experience.

  • Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time throughout the workday to ensure duties are completed.
• Ability to self-motivate and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a professional office environment with no unusual hazards. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
