We are seeking a “Type A” individual with experience in accounts receivable and collections to join our Collections team at our Corporate Headquarters. Candidates must have all requirements to be considered for this fantastic opportunity. Pay DOE.
Requirements :
- More than 2 years’ experience in B2B collections
- Confident and comfortable performing collections while being firm and maintaining composure
- Fantastic skip tracking ability
- Competent in accounting concepts and analytics
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products
- Professional, well-spoken phone etiquette
- Effectively communicate via email.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Outgoing collections calls
- Payment processing
- Negotiate the return of unpaid containers
- Account/payment reconciliations
- Account research and dispute management
- Escalate accounts when necessary
The perfect candidate will be:
- Energetic, coach-able, professional and reliable
- Knowledgeable of lien waivers and repossessions
- Able to collect past due balances while maintaining a good relationship with the customer
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) (not required but it would be nice)
