Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in customer service. Note: Staff coming on board as "on-call" (non-benefited) may have the education and experience requirements waived.
• Track record in organizing and planning with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
