• Currently we are seeking a high energy individual who:
• has a proven track record managing a high volume of customer accounts.
• Can follow company protocol accordingly.
• Research and respond to customer claims, disputes and requests and proactively pursue collection of amounts due from our customer based on applicable credit terms.
• Escalate customer disputes internally according to company collection guidelines.
• Provide prompt follow up for quick resolution.

Requirements include the following:

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word (must be able to compose emails and letters grammatically correct)
• Ability to work in a heavy deadline-oriented environment.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to apply analytical data to customer account review process.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative
• 3rd party portal invoice processing i.e., Ariba, Coupa. (preferred)
• 2 years of commercial, or consumer collection experience (preferred)

Willing to train candidates with prior experience in banking, billing, A/P, A/R.
