Miller & Miller is a widely respected consumer bankruptcy and family-based immigration law firm, in downtown Milwaukee, looking to add an energetic and driven Hispanic bilingual professional to our A/R department. The ideal candidate will be an outcomes focused professional, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, is results driven, and is proficient in time management techniques that support the execution of high volume caseloads. Additionally, the ideal candidate is a self-starter with a desire to learn and can work well as part of a team.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with clients who have failed payments or missed payments
• Pull clients not on a payment plan report, follow up with clients through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Resolve or escalate client issues and complaints concerning billing.
• Verify and update client information, including email, phone number, address, and payment information. Make necessary changes in CRM and Accounting Software.
• Document client interactions in CRM.

Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30am until 5pm and the occasional Saturday (8:30 am until 1pm). Some overtime may be required.

Compensation is base plus bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
