Key actions:
• Establishes priorities. Identifies more and less critical activities and tasks; adjusts priorities when appropriate.
• Makes preparations. Ensures that required equipment or materials are in appropriate locations to accomplish work.
• Develops Schedules. Allocates enough time to complete work; avoids schedule conflicts; develops timelines and sets milestones.
• Leverages Resources. Uses available resources (people, processes, departments, tools) to complete work efficiently.
• Stays Focused. Uses time effectively, keeping irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion.

Job Duties:
• Monitor accounts daily.
• Identify outstanding account receivables.
• Investigate historical data for debts and bills.
• Take actions to encourage timely payments.
• Resolve billing issues.
• Resolve customer credit issues.
• Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
• Update account status records
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
• Update contractors on payment status

Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excel Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications: • Collections experience a plus
