Collections Representative jobs in Scranton, PA

• Collect past due amounts from assigned portfolios and collection queues
• Conduct follow up calls and maintain documentedeffort to have customers follow through with commitments
• Verify and validate customer information
• Collaborate with other departments and report activities based on negotiated and collection results

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior exposure to collection activities
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills with an ability to type 30 wpm
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Bilingual in Spanish a must
