Job Title: Collections Specialist

Job Pay: ($21-$22)/hour.

Job Type: Contract: 6 months contract(Possible extension)

Job Location: Johnston Iowa 50311

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (Standard Business Hours)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate payment arrears in the portfolio and code debtor appropriately to determine following collection process steps.
• Communicate with debtors by telephone and in writing.
• Manage debtors and arrears process.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• 1-3 years of collections, customer service, and/or sales experience
• Experience & knowledge in the leasing & finance sector is a plus.
