This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health and reputation of our company by efficiently managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and collect overdue accounts while maintaining a high level of customer
• Negotiate payment plans with tenants in arrears, ensuring agreements are adhered to
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection and payment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related
• At least 2 years of proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or
• Strong understanding of billing and collections
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with an emphasis on customer
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collections
• Bilingual is a PLUS
