Here are some of the responsibilities of the position:
- Provide excellent service to customers (verbal & written) regarding general inquiries, arranging payment plans and more
- Review and collect on assigned delinquent loans by gathering background data, documenting member conversations, and ensuring required notifications are sent to members
- Analyze accounts to determine next steps (i.e. account type, amount owed, credit score, collateral value, etc.)
- Correspond with attorneys regarding accounts that have been sent out for legal
What you will need:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Spanish - Bilingual fluency
- Prior Call Center Experience (1 year)
- Prior Face to Face Customer Service (retail or financial) (1 year)
- Proficient computer skills
Pre-employment requirements: background, credit check, high school diploma/GED
