Collections Specialist - Healthcare jobs in Saint Petersburg, FL

American Power & Gas is seeking a Collections Specialist with a least 2 years experience as a First Party Collector to handle collections for our customers.

We have been offering Green solutions to both residential and small commercial customers for over 20 years and have won the award for fastest growing company in the Tampa Bay Business Journal as well as being featured in Forbes and the Huffington Post.

Requirements:

• Experienced collector (minimum of two years exp) to handle collections for our customers.
• A “First Party” Collector (3rd Party Collectors are too course for our clients).
• Someone who is a customer service-oriented collector
• Ability to reconcile accounts.
• Ability to sit for 8 hours a day and make 40 to 60 calls a day.
• Have useful knowledge of Microsoft office -Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Ability to contact customers and negotiate payment from the client.
• Energy experience preferred (but not mandatory)
• Ability to multi- task and change processes depending on incoming calls
