Randolph-Macon College, a private, coeducational liberal arts college in Ashland, Virginia, invites applications for an experienced and innovative financial leader to serve as Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF) Reporting to the President, the Vice President oversees the operations of the accounting system which monitors all transactions, maintains responsibility and custody of all College funds, and oversees operation of the Business Office, Human Resources, Campus Store, Physical Plant, Construction Management, Information Technology Services, and works closely with the Vice President for Enrollment overseeing Financial Aid. As the Chief Financial Officer, the VPAF works in close consultation with the President, the Board of Trustees, and the Cabinet to provide overall leadership and direction for the financial management of the College. The ideal VPAF will be able to demonstrate a drive to effectively manage the College’s resources as well as strategically plan for growth through financial acumen.
